When your partner’s habits or downfalls bother you, focus on the good. You picked this person for a reason, so don’t focus on their flaws. You didn’t always notice the way she talked so loud or the way he chewed his food, so why are you letting it get to you now.

Remember the things you used to notice. Their good qualities and let them know that you still notice. If your wife puts on a dress and fixes her hair let her know how beautiful she is.

Or maybe your husband does something out of the ordinary like the dishes, let him know that you appreciate it. Plan activities together, go on dates, make goals together and go for them. Work on being the perfect marriage partner and make things like you always wanted them to be.

Before you got married you had an image of what things would be like, you had a dream. Even though life throws you challenges you have somebody to go through those challenges with. That dream is always a possibility.

When either of you start to have concerns about the relationship, step back then give each other space and take the necessary step to ensure a happy life together.

Remember Long Term

Marriage is so disposable these days and people see that. They might think so because everybody is doing it and that what makes it okay. However, just because everybody is doing it, I think it makes it less okay.

You are not everybody else. You should want to be the exception and the example for other couples that you know. Be stronger and get through the challenges life throws your way.

Nobody signs up for half of what they get when they get married but you had to have known that it was not gonna be easy. Things are easier said then done and that’s why, you need to make a commitment to yourself to make things work. You have to be “A RESPONSIBLE PERSON”.
